We need lobbyists more than ever.

While some have built careers vilifying lobbyists, it’s contract lobbyists like me who:

• Drafted and shepherded legislation that protects nurses from acts of violence.

• Crafted and propelled a bill that makes it easier for parents to help their children involuntarily committed during a devastating mental health crisis.

• Halted legislation that would have dramatically reduced access to health care while spiking health care costs.
